Avery and Mom's night out

...sort of. A couple weeks ago Avery's school hosted a Kindergarten gingerbread house making event. We took all the stuff for Avery to create his own gingerbread house. He told me where to spread frosting and he went to town with the skittles he picked to decorate. He's quite proud of his house.

 

 

 

I think he spent about half the time licking frosting off the knife, and eating skittles. He was pretty cute the whole time, chatting it up with his friends, talking to his teacher and telling me all about how cool his school is. Sometimes I still can't believe he's in school, it's crazy.
